The Devil's Cauldron is a must-stop. There are two terrific trails from Río Verde that take you here. The first is accessed from below the soccer field, the second is accessed by crossing a bridge east of the village. Signs lead the way. The hikes down to the falls take around an hour round-trip, but you are rewarded with awesome suspension bridges, wicked in-cut trails that cut behind the waterfall and plenty of wildlife viewing.
